NAME
     Syield - give up the processor

SYNOPSIS
     void Syield();

DESCRIPTION
     Syield gives up control of the processor temporarily.

BUGS
     Doing Syield in a tight loop can still consume a fair amount
     of  processor time.  Use Fselect or Talarm and Pause instead
     if possible.
